Deadline for Submissions and Nominations for voting:
- Board Nominations and Member Motion submissions will be accepted up to 11pm Friday, 25th October 2024.
- All Members motions will be available for viewing via download, on this Agenda page on 26th October.
- The RCI Board will reach out to Board nominees for discussions and to request submission of paperwork due October 27th.

Wondering what it means to be a member?
Being a member gives you the chance to support this wonderful local resource—our Preschool, Theatre, and Community space—as it continues to evolve. It only takes about an hour of your time each year, and your participation as a member is appreciated. You get to vote on key decisions at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), such as electing board members, approving constitutional changes, and reviewing the yearly financial report & what the RC has been doing. It’s a great way to ensure the Rose Centre moves in the direction you want.
How often will you hear from us, and do you have to attend meetings? You’ll receive notices about meetings once or twice a year. While we’d love to see you there, attendance isn’t mandatory—we understand life gets busy! As long as we have quorum, we’re good to go. And, of course, you can resign your membership at any time.
