Deadline for Submissions and Nominations for voting:
Please note as agreed by the Board due to this being the first year of our new Constitution, the Board has varied submission times and publishing times of Board nominations and members motions, to allow as full membership participation as possible as follows:

- Board Nominations & Board consent form: Submitted up to 11pm Wednesday,  10th December 2025

 

- Member Motion submissions will be accepted up to 11pm Tuesday,  9th December 2025.

 

- All Board nominations and accepted Members motions will be available for viewing via download, on this Agenda page on Sunday 14th December.

- The RCI Board may reach out to Board nominees for bio information that will be publicly displayed & to members who have submitted motions for clarification.
